I bought their 3 sessions trial pass on MindBody app, it’s supposed to be valid only for 2 weeks (and they have sessions maybe 4-5 days a week; not everyday). Despite this, there were 3 times late cancellations done by the gym, and they don’t inform you either. Each time I checked the app on the morning of the day booked - only to see the evening class has been cancelled. It’s not only disappointing but a major hurdle to someone who wants to start out on their fitness journey, to feel psyched up for the day only to find out later on class has been cancelled, and as we know, it’s not easy to join other classes in CBD last minute due to constant waitlists.
After 2 weeks I didn’t manage to go to a single class, hence I asked for a refund. Customer service liaising with me on WhatsApp is courteous, which is a good point to highlight. However, despite promising to refund, it’s been a week and no refund has been done either - I’ve checked in twice and each time was said it would be done “today”.
I urge the business to be more professional in all these different aspects.
