Siva’s achievements include being the General Manager of Fitness First, District Manager of True Yoga and Fitness, Area General Manager of Anytime Fitness, Country Manager of Real Yoga and Country Manager of UFC GYM Singapore. With more than 23 years of successful experience, he has a passion for innovation, success, and building a better business. He was also involved in setting up the first 24hrs franchise fitness, Snap Fitness in Indonesia from initial stages including both the backend and forefront staffing and operation, building a formidable sales Team that produced a very successful record-breaking presales in Asia.

His key areas of expertise are sales training,Personal training, coaching, mentoring, strategic business planning which includes sales, marketing and business management. He is a collaborative leader who develops and empower high performing individuals and sales teams to exceed expectations. He has successfully improved and implemented a winning sales process and system that has turned business into a positive direction for many shareholders.

He was also the founder of Align Business Solutions which is a fitness, Business Management and education company for all fitness professionals including business owners to scale up and grow their business profitably.
